I made this dish for easter dinner. It's an easy side dish that can really be made quickly or even a day ahead of time.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups Macaroni (uncooked)
- 3 Eggs (hard boiled)
- 1 Onion (small dice)
- 3 Celery Stalks (small dice)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (dice)
- 2 Tbs. Sweet Relish
- 2 Cups Mayo
- 3 Tbs. Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 ts. Seasoned Salt
- 2 tbs. Honey
DIRECTIONS
- 1Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the macaroni. Drain and set aside to cool. It’ll take about a half hour or so.
- 2In a bowl, combine the eggs, onion, celery, red pepper, and sweet relish.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine mayo, mustard, sugar, seasoned salt, and honey. Make sure this is mixed well.
- 4Combine the dry and wet ingredients and add the macaroni. Mix well and place in the fridge to cool.
